PH3’s Craft Brewery Tour: Ellipsis Brewing
Owners Rob McKee, Lauren Shephard, and Matthew Lee took 3 years to plan and another 6 months to build out the space for the brewery. And before they even opened their doors, Ellipsis Brewing won the People’s Choice Award at the 2017 Florida SMASH Beer Festival.
PH3’s Craft Brewery Tour: Orange County Brewers
Our most recent brew-venture took us to Orange County Brewers, in the heart of Downtown Orlando. Located on the corner of Orange Avenue and Jefferson Street in what used to be the Fiat building, OCB opened their doors in August 2017, with Brewmaster Amanda Roberts steering the brewery ship.
