Our strategy
Facing a challenging period and underperforming marketing strategies, Building Forensics Group (BFG) turned to us for innovative ideas to transform and revitalize their marketing approach. Before we could jump into action, we knew we needed a game plan. So, we kicked things off with our comprehensive marketing audit, diving deep into the nitty-gritty to uncover the root of their marketing challenges. Armed with this insight, we crafted a well-defined roadmap to revamp their marketing strategy. The outcome was a streamlined sales process, a revitalized brand image, and a newfound sense of direction that would propel their business forward with confidence.
CONSULTING
Marketing Audit
Sometimes, you've got to dig deep to strike gold. That's why our marketing audit isn't afraid to ask the tough questions and dive into your marketing toolkit (MarTech) to uncover your marketing hurdles. BFG's audit didn't just scratch the surface— it revealed opportunities across content marketing, email campaigns, website functionality, and brand consistency. With a solid grasp of their current strategy and obstacles, we developed a game plan with actionable steps that packed the biggest punch, paving the way for exponential marketing success.
Email Marketing
We kicked things off by revamping their marketing communications. We migrated BFG to a new email marketing platform known for its user-friendly interface, making life easier for their team. We scrubbed their data clean, bidding farewell to any bogus profiles, and segmented their audience to enable personalized communication. Plus, we whipped up fresh templates to streamline frequently sent email content, including blogs, announcements, and newsletters.
BRAND
DEVELOPMENT
Name Development
While the company's former name, Liberty Building Forensics Group, was established within the industry, it encountered challenges with the international market. The abbreviated form, "Liberty," lacked global resonance, diminishing its impact. While we explored a variety of naming possibilities, we ultimately determined that simplicity was key. Thus, we opted to drop "Liberty" and rebrand as "Building Forensics Group," or BFG.
Brand Identity
Recognizing the industry's love for shorthand business names, we strategically embraced this trend by crafting a wordmark centered around their company initials, BFG. Our design radiates a modern, minimalist vibe, incorporating subtle yet impactful design elements like curves to set them apart in the marketplace. These design motifs are integrated throughout their brand collateral, ensuring a cohesive and memorable brand identity.
